1 pound ground beef
1 onion chopped
1 can Manwich sloppy joe sauce
1 can mexicorn, drained (11 ounces)
1 cup Bisquick
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Coat baking dish with PAM
Cook beef and onion over medium heat until beef is browned and onion is tender, 5 minutes, drain
Stir in sloppy joe sauce, cook until heated through
Remove from heat
Reserve 1/3 cup mexicorn
Stir remaining into beef mixture
Transfer to baking dish
Stir bisquick, 1/2 cup cheese and 1/3 cup water into reserved mexicorn
dollop spoonfuls over beef mixture
Bake 15-20 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown
Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup cheese during last 2 minutes of cooking
Cool 10 minutes before serving
