1 cup butter
1-1/4 cups firmly packed brown sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2-1/2 cups quick-cooking oats
1-1/2 cups chocolate covered raisins
1-1/2 cups chocolate covered peanuts

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Line sheets with parchment paper
In a large bowl, beat butter and brown sugar at medium speed with mixer until creamy
Beat in egg and milk
In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually add to butter mixture
Beat until combined
Stir in oats, raisins and peanuts
Drop batter by rounded tablespoonfuls onto baking sheets
Bake for 11-13 minutes, or until lightly browned
Let cool for 2 minutes on baking sheets
Remove to wire rack and cool
