3 cups cream
1 cup milk
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
5 beaten egg yolks
3 cakes yeast
pinch nutmeg
Flour to stiffen dough
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
1 big cup black walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk and cream to boiling point. Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water. When milk mixture is lukewarm add yeast, sugar, salt, egg yolks and nutmeg. Add enough flour to stiffen like roll dough. Let rise once. When it has raised the second time, divide into four balls. Roll out into rectangle. Sprinkle with the following mixture: (Brown 1 cup flour in iron skillet until it is light brown in color. When cool, add sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and walnuts.) Sprinkle on well buttered dough. Roll like a cinnamon roll but don't slice. Let it rise. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes.
