1 box yellow cake mix
1 small box lemon jello
4 eggs
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. water
1 lg. lemon (use the zest for the cake, and squeeze the lemon for glaze)
1 c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Stir dry cake mix with dry lemon jello, add eggs, oil, water and zest of 1 lemon. Stir to combine. Then mix at med. speed for two minutes. Pour into 9 x 13 pan.

Bake at 350º for 35- 40 minutes or till golden brown.
Once out of oven poke cake all over with fork to create holes.

Mix 1 TBSP lemon juice & powdered sugar to make glaze. This should be very thin in order to soak into the holes and leave a thin glaze on top. If too thick, add a little more lemon juice. Pour glaze over the top of the hot cake. Let cool and enjoy.
