3 c. Soybean Oil
1 1/2 c. Soy Sauce
1 1/2 c. Sherry
1 1/2 c. Firmly packed Brown Sugar
4 Garlic Cloves, finely minced
3/4 t. ground Ginger
3 lbs Sirloin Tip or Boneless Eye of Round flash frozen and cut across grain into paper thin strips
Bamboo Skewers soaked in water or shish kebab skewers

Directions:

Combine first 6 ingredients in large shallow dish and blend well. Add beef strips. Turning to coat. Cover and marinate in refrigerator overnight turning occassionally. Preheat broiler. Thread beef onto skewers. Dip in marinade, coating heavily. Place on rack and broil 6 inches from heat source for 1 1/2 minutes. Remove, dip in marinade again and broil on second side to desired doneness. Serve hot or at room temperature.
