4 c. sugar
2/3 c. instant coffee
2 c. boiling water
1 qt. vodka
1 vanilla bean

Directions:
Stir first 3 ingredients and cool 5 min. Add vodka. Pour into 1/2 gallon jug. Add one vanilla bean - seal jug and let stand 30 days. Strain into clean jug.
