1 3/4 c. sifted flour
1/4 t. baking powder
1 t. baking soda
1 t. salt
1/2 t. cinnamon
1/4 t. ground cloves
1 1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. oil
2 eggs
1 c. cooked pumkin
1/3 c. water
1/2 t. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. raisins

Directions:

Sift together 1st 6 ingredients. In a separate bowl beat oil, sugar and eggs until light and fluffy. Beat in pumpkin. Add all ingredients (1st 6) to the pumpkin/sugar mix. Stir in water and vanilla gradually. Mix well. Folt in nuts and raisins. Pour the batter into a greased and floured loaf pan (9x5) and bake in 350º oven 1 hour or 'til tests done.
