Tabasco sauce
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup cornflake crumbs
8 chicken pieces with skin
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Line a cookie sheet with foil and spray with PAM
Add the Tabasco sauce to buttermilk and pour into a shallow bowl
Place cornflakes into another shallow bowl
Dip chicken into the buttermilk, then roll in the crumbs
Place on cookie sheet and sprinkle with salt and pepper
Bake for 1 hour or until the crust is golden brown and thigh meat is no longer pink
