Ingredients:
1 stick of butter
2 c half and half
8 oz parmesan cheese
healthy dash of garlic powder
healthy dash of fresh ground pepper
cooking sherry or left over white wine to taste

1 box fettuccine noodles
fresh broccoli
artichoke hearts
1/2 - 1 c cooked green peas
boneless breasts of chicken, cut to bite size pieces
1/4 - 1/2 c Italian dressing
chopped walnuts
fresh parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Alfredo Sauce: In sauce pan, melt butter over medium heat. When melted, add half & half while whisking. Bring to almost boiling, continue to whisk (be careful not to scald). Add garlic powder, black pepper. Gradually whisk in grated parmesan cheese until thickens (will thicken more after you take off stove). Add cooking sherry or white wine to taste!

Saute chicken in Italian dressing til brown.

Cook fettuccine as directed. When pasta is almost done I add the fresh broccoli to pan (saves on dishes:) til just cooked. Drain pasta and broccoli and place in big pasta bowl, top with sautéed chicken, artichoke hearts, peas. Pour alfredo sauce over and sprinkle with walnuts and fresh grated parmesan cheese. YUMMY!

I make the sauce while the water is boiling for pasta, then I set that aside and cook my chicken. Make pasta and you have an amazing dinner! Sorry some ingredients are not specified amounts, it is whatever you desire!!!

Personal Notes:
Mix it up a little and add different veggies or seafood! This is one of my favorite unhealthy meals and a must make for Victoria Brittain!!
