1 pound ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
1 no. 2 ½ can tomatoes
1 no. 2 can whole kernel corn
1 Tb chili powder
2 tsp salt
¾ cup cornmeal
1 no. 1 tall can ripe olives
1 cup grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef. When meat is cooked stir in onions and cook til onions are transparent. Add tomatoes corn, chili powder and salt—heat to boiling. Slowly stir in cornmeal—cook 10 to 15 minutes stirring occasionally. Add sliced olives—Top with cheese. Transfer to casserole and bake 30 to 40 min. at 325F.
If doing in an electric skillet-after adding cheese-simply put the lid on and turn heat to 325F.
