1 leg of lamb, boned and butterflied

Marinade:
1 c. salad oil
1 c. red wine
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
Garlic - to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all marinade ingredients and marinate lamb for 2-6 hours.

Grill lamb like a steak; 3 minutes on each side. Then, place lamb in a foil pan and add marinade. Close lid on grill and cook for 35-45 minutes.
