4 cubes butter (2 c. butter flavored shortening)
4 eggs
16 oz. brown sugar (2 c.)
5 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cloves
4 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. milk
1 sm. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Beat eggs and add to creamed mixture.
Add cinnamon, cloves, salt and baking soda.
Add milk and flour alternately.
Add chocolate chips.
Spoon out by the teaspoonfulls on to cookie sheets lightly sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake at 350º for 8-10 minutes.
