• 12 cups sourdough bread, cut up
• 8 oz bacon, cut into pieces
• 1 butternut squash, peeled, sliced & cut into small pieces
• 3 stalks celery
• 8 oz shallots, finely chopped
• Salt & pepper
• 3 cups chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Toast bread at 325º until golden. Cook bacon and drain & crumble. Add squash, celery, and shallots to pan. Add salt and pepper. To the bacon, add bread and broth; toss to mix well. Add veggies to same.

Stuff a turkey or spoon into 13 x 9 baking dish. Cover with foil. Bake at 325º for about 20 minutes.
