• ½ lb fast-fry steaks
• 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
• ½ tsp pepper
• ¼ tsp salt
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 2 tbsp vegetable oil
• 2 Italian rolls, toasted
• 2 onions, thinly sliced
• 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Pat steaks dry. Combine mustard, pepper, salt and garlic; spread over both sides of steaks. Cook onions over medium heat until softened. In large skillet, heat 1 tbsp of oil over high heat; cook steaks for about 2 minutes per side or until browned. Divide among bottom half of buns. Cover with onions and parsley.
