Ingredients:  
• 4 Lasagna noodles
• 12 oz (340g) pack frozen shrimp, shelled and deveined
• ¼ cup minced celery
• 1 tbsp butter
• ¼ cup flour
• ¼ tsp salt
• 1/8 tsp pepper
• 1 cup chicken broth
• ¾ cup whipping cream
• 1 tsp lemon juice

Cook lasagna noodles as per instructions. Cook shrimp. Cut lasagna noodles in half. Chop shrimp. Saute celery in butter; stir in flour, and salt & pepper. Add chicken broth. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat- add cream and lemon juice. Blend 1/2 cup sauce with shrimp and celery. Put a generous spoonful onto each noodle and fold ends over. Arrange in greased dish. Cover with remaining sauce. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes.
