2 loaves white bread, cut into small cubes and dried
1 large onion, chopped
6-8 stalks celery, chopped
4 tablespoons butter
3 ounce bottle McCormick sage
6 cups turkey pan juices (fat skimmed) or chicken broth
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the bread into cubes and spread out on cookie sheets to dry the day before Thanksgiving, turning once or twice

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
Cover 2 cookie sheets with foil and spray with PAM
In a skillet, saute the onion and celery in the butter until the onion is translucent and softened but not browned, about 8 minutes
In a very large bowl place the bread, onions, celery, and sage
Toss with a fork until mixed
Add 4 cups of the broth and mix well, adding more as needed to make a very moist but not soupy dressing
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Bake in prepared pan for 40 minutes, or until lightly browned
