• 2 hard boiled egg yolks
• ¼ lb butter
• ¼ c sugar
• 1 c flour
• Pinch of baking soda
• ¼ t almond extract
Directions:
Directions:
Mash egg yolks, add butter and cream together, add sugar and cream well, add extract and blend in. Add flour sifted with baking soda, drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet. Bake 350º for 10 minutes
