8 ounces angel hair pasta, cooked and drained
1 large tomato, chopped
3 ounces pepperoni slices
2 1/4 ounces ripe olives, sliced and drained
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
3 tablespoons olive oil or vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large serving bowl, combine the tomato, pepperoni, olives, Parmesan cheese, oil, garlic powder and salt, if desired. Drain pasta; add to the tomato mixture and toss to coat. May be served warm or chilled. (Sometimes we put Zesty Italian dressing on ours.)
