2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp flour
1/2 cup dry white wine or beer
1 cup chicken stock
1/4 cup diced jalapenos (or more to taste)

Directions:
In a skillet add butter and melt, add flour and whisk together for 2 minutes or until flour smells nutty and id medium brown in color. Whisk in the wine or beer and cook for 30 seconds. Next whisk in the chicken stock and bring to a bubble. Stir in the jalapenos and season with salt.

I love to serve this gravy over turkey cutlets, along side mashed potatoes and corn.
