2 cups granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 cup butter
4 cups flour
1 egg, beaten, to brush on top
Cinnamon sugar to sprinkle

Directions:
Directions:
Roll the dough to desired thickness and cut with cookie cutters. Place on greased cookie sheets and then brush top with beaten eggs. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake until golden brown, probably 10 minutes. The baking time is dependent on the cookie size.
