1 can Eagle Brand Sweetened condensed milk
˝ cup lime juice
green food coloring
1 cup whipping cream whipped until it holds shape
˝ tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Press vanilla wafer crumb crust into a 9” pie plate. Cook for 10 minutes at 325 F and let cool. (also good in a frozen pie crust or graham cracker crust)
Mix:
1 can Eagle Brand Sweetened condensed
˝ cup lime juice
green food coloring
(this becomes stiff from the action of acid and milk)
Add:
1 cup whipping cream whipped until it holds shape
Add:
˝ tsp. vanilla to cream
Place in pie shell and refrigerate until ready to serve.
(1 cup cool whip can be used in place of the whipped cream.)
