3 lbs ricotta
1 8 oz cream cheese
2 cups sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 T orange juice
2 T lemon juice
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp orange rind
1tsp lemon rind
1 small jar maraschino cherries, drained and cut in half
8-9 eggs

**Preheat oven at 350º
>Beat ricotta and cream cheese until smooth.
>Add sugar, baking powder, orange juice, lemon juice, and vanilla
>Add and beat in one egg at a time.
>Pour into prepared crust.
>Drop cherry halves on top.
>Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
