1 - 2 large onions finely chopped
2 10 oz pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
6 eggs
1/2 c. provolone cheese, cut into small pieces
1/3 c. melted butter
1 3/4 c. seasoned breadcrumbs
3 - 6 cloves garlic
1 t. cayenne
1/2 t. nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Place mixture in refrigerator to chill for about 30 min. Form into 3/4 inch balls. Place on an oiled cookie sheet. Bake in preheated oven at 350º for 10 min. Can be frozen and reheated.
