½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
1¾ cups packed light brown sugar
2 eggs
2 cups self-rising flour
1 teaspoon butter rum extract
1 cup chopped pecans
Confectioners’ sugar for dusting

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in medium-size saucepan. Add sugar, eggs and flour. Mix until well blended. Stir in butter rum extract and pecans. Pour into baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes. Cool completely and dust with confectioners’ sugar. Cut into 24 squares and serve.
