2 lbs. Frozen Hash Brown Potatoes (Thawed)
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 pt. Sour Cream (8 oz. or 1 cup)
1 stick butter (melted)
1 c. Cheddar Cheese (grated)
2 tsp. Salt
1 c. Corn Flakes (gently crushed)


Directions:
Directions:
Mix soup, sour cream, 3/4 c. melted butter, cheese and salt in large bowl. Mix well. Add potatoes and mix well. Spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

Topping:
1 c. Crushed Corn Flakes
1/4 c. Melted Butter
Mix together (can use more or less depending on preference)
Sprinkle on top of potato mixture.

Bake @ 350º for 1 hour. Can be made the day before!

This is a favorite of the grandchildren (especially Ryan) when we would all get together. It's a great one that can be made the day before and makes great leftovers (if there are any left!)
