8 (good sized) Bananas (cut up)
1 (Lg) Can Pineapple (in its own juice)
1 cup of Sugar
2 Lemons
1 Egg (beaten)
1/2 cup Pecans (chopped)
few Cherries ( to add color)
Few Marshmallows (small) ( if desired)

Directions:
Directions:
Drain liquid off Pineapple and set aside. Squeeze some of the juice from the pineapple and add to other liquid.
Tear pineapple apart into small pieces and set aside.
Add sugar and lemons to juice.Place in pan and cook( allow to cook up and then cook down) remove from stove and cool.
Add beaten egg return to stove and cook until milky.
cool thoroughly
pour over bananas,pineapple,pecans, cherries and marshmallows
Allow to set in ice box 2hrs before serving
