6 medium sepia (cuttlefish) ....cleaned both inside and outside of fish.
3 cloves garlic
1/2 cup white wine
2 wine glasses of water
1/4 cup or more fresh parsley
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup olive oil

Directions:
Directions:

>Mix the garlic, parsley, bread crumbs and olive oil together
>Stuff the sepia.
>Saute` the sepia for a few minutes in a little olive oil.
>When brown a little, add 1/2 cup white wine (cover in the wine) when wine evaporates add water to cover (about 2 wine glasses full).
>Put cover on and cook until fork tender.
>Take out of pan and cool, may be served at room temperature.
>Slice and serve with roasted peppers.
