1 cup butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
½ teaspoon baking soda
2 cups flour
1 cup flour
Sprinkles (optional)
Icing (optional):
1 pound 10X sugar
½ cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together first 5 ingredients. Refrigerate 1 hour and then add 1 more cup of flour. Roll to desired thinness, cut into shapes, and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Can be decorated with colored sugar before baking, or can be frosted with 1 batch of icing (1 pound 10X sugar and ½ cup butter).
