1 cup butter
1 box dark brown sugar
2 eggs
2 cups dark baking molasses
1 cup strong coffee
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 tablespoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon salt
7+ cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Drop by rounded spoonful onto cookie sheet. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake 10 - 12 minutes at 400 degrees. If cookies spread out too much, add more flour.
