1 lb. hamburger
1/2 small onion
1/2 stalk celery
1 can chicken gumbo soup
1 1/2 T. mustard
3 T. catsup (we know it as ketchup!)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger, onion and celery. Drain grease. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer about 20 minutes, until thickened and heated through. Serve on hamburger buns.
