3 eggs
2 cups of sugar
¾ cup of butter
1 cup of sour cream
1 teaspoon baking soda (added to the sour cream)
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ teaspoon baking powder
3¾ cups of flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, sugar, butter and sour cream together. Then add vanilla. Slowly add the flour and baking powder while you continue mixing. Drop by teaspoonful on cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 - 15 minutes.

My grandmother Lulu Fisher always told us to use butter when making cookies. She was a wonderful woman who was always making something in the kitchen.
