Cake:
1c. chopped Pecans
1 Yellow Cake Mix
1 33/4oz pkg. Vanilla Instant Pudding and Pie Filling
4 Eggs
1/2c. Cold Water
1/2c. Vegetable Oil
1/2c. Rum
Glaze:
1/4lb. or 1 Stick of Butter
1/4c. Water
1c. Sugar
1/2c Rum

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 Grease and flour a Bundt pan. Sprinkle nuts on the bottom of the pan. Mix all cake ingredient together. Pour batter over nuts. Bake for 1 hour. Cool. Invert on serving plate. Prick top of cake with fork.

Glaze: Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in water and sugar. Boil 5minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in rum.

Spoon over top of cake!

This is a delicious cake Mama Faye always made at Christmas. Nicki & Bill and Patti often make these to give away to friends and neighbors at Christmas. Patti also makes it for Christmas Dessert.
