1 cup flour
3/4 cup oatmeal
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 cups diced rhubarb
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 5 ingredients and press half the mixture in deep pie dish or baking pan.
Cover with rhubarb.
Cook the water, sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon in a small sauce pan until thick. Pour over the rhubarb and top with remaining crumbs. Bake at 350º for 1 hour. Serve with ice cream!
