1 yellow cake mix
1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
3/4 cup orange juice
3/4 cup oil
4 eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon butter flavoring
PART 2
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup ground nuts
2 teaspoon cinnamon
PART 3-----ICING
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon butter flavoring
2 tablespoons milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven @ 350º
Add all ingredients together in PART 1 adding eggs last one at a time. Beat well after adding each egg. Beat 6 minutes @ high speed.

In small bowl mix together ingredients in PART 2.
Grease and Flour bundt pan. Layer 3 times ending with sugar mixture on top. Bake 350º for 45-60 minutes.
Mix ingredients in PART 3 together. After removing cake from oven let set for 20 minutes. Turn Out and ice. Icing is thin-just pour on
