1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 small can tomato paste
1 small can mushrooms
1 8 oz. (suggested) can chopped Hatch green chilies, your choice of heat level
1 large can black olives, chopped
1 tbsp. chili powder (suggested more to suite your taste)
½ tsp. oregano
½ tsp. basil
4 flour tortillas
1 small tub sour cream
1 medium tomato chopped
2 cups chopped lettuce
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 cup fiesta blend cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef with chopped onions. Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, mushrooms, green chilies, with one can each water from the tomato sauce and paste and all remaining ingredients. Simmer on low.

Spray 9" x 13" baking dish/pan with non-stick cooking spray. Place 2 tortillas on the bottom of the baking dish, top with half of the meat sauce on the tortillas, top with ½ of the chopped olives, followed by ½ of each of the cheeses. Repeat for finish of dish.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Top with sour cream, lettuce, and chopped tomatoes.
