SERVES 2

2 Ribeye steaks
1 tsp. granulated garlic powder
1/4 cup diced onion
1 cup sliced mushrooms
2 tbsp. butter
1 cup diced green chile (roasted and peeled)
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle 1/2 tsp. of garlic powder, salt and pepper on ribeye steaks and set aside.

Place butter in pan over medium-high heat. Add onions and mushrooms. Saute for 3 minutes. Add diced green chile and 1/2 tsp. garlic powder. Lower heat and saute while cooking steaks.

Place steaks on grill or pan fry. When steaks are cooked to desired temperature, remove from pan and place on plate.

Pour green chile mushroom mixture over steak and serve.
