1 bag large pasta shells
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can black beans (drained)
4 chopped green onions
8 sliced fresh mushrooms
4-5 chopped fresh green chilies or 8 oz. carton frozen Hatch green chile (hot preferred)
1/2 cup sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup Picante sauce or salsa
8 oz. package shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Cook pasta shells as directed on package (lessen cooking time by 2 minutes, as will cook more in oven and needs to be a little firm to stuff easily.

Put the Picante sauce in bottom of 13"x9"x2" dish. Mix all other ingredients together (except cheese) and stuff cooked shells with this. Arrange stuffed shells on top of Picante sauce in dish and put shredded cheese on top of shells.

Bake in a 350 degree oven (covered) until bubbly and hot (about 40 minutes).
