½ cup butter
2 teaspoons baking soda
2½ cups brown sugar
½ teaspoon salt
3 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
2½ squares bitter chocolate
½ cup sour milk
2¼ cups flour
1 cup boiling water
Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter and brown sugar; add salt and eggs. Stir in vanilla. Melt chocolate and add to mixture. Alternately add flour with baking soda and milk to mixture. Add boiling water last. Mix gently. Bake at 350 degrees.
