Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 to 2 lbs. ground beef
3-4 cups beef broth or beef bouillon cubes and water
1 small onion chopped or pkg. onion soup mix
1 tsp. Mrs. Dash
salt, pepper
3-4 Tbsp. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef with the onion and seasonings. Drain off grease, leaving just a little. Sprinkle ground beef with flour and stir and cook 2 minutes. Add enough beef broth or bouillon to make a thick gravy, stirring. Cook about 2 minutes more and season again if necessary. You can add Kitchen Bouquet to brown it more if you want. You can also add a can of cream of mushroom soup to this if you like to make it richer. Serve on hamburger buns, with mustard and an onion slice. Note: do not use onion soup mix and beef bouillon because they both have a lot of salt.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Add a little more liquid and serve over noodles or rice rather than on buns, if you like.
