Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup green chile, chopped
1/2 cup blue cheese crumbs
1/2 cup chives, minced
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic
1/2 tsp. lime juice
1/4 tsp. salt or salt to taste

Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Cover and chill at least 2 hours before serving with chips or Buffalo wings. Letting stand overnight allows the flavors to better marry. Use hot or mild chilies to cater to the crowd. Adding roasted red chile creates a festive look as well as a sweeter flavor. Even those who claim to not like Blue cheese like this dip.
