1 tablespoon buttermilk ranch dressing base
1 tablespoon water
1 cup sour cream
½ cup mayonnaise
1 pound bacon, fried and crumbled
2 cups chopped tomatoes (about 2 large)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ranch dressing base and water in a bowl. Stir and let stand for 5 minutes. Whisk sour cream and mayonnaise until well blended. Add ranch dressing base. Fry bacon, drain and crumble into ½ inch pieces. Remove seeds from tomatoes and coarsely chop. Fold bacon and tomatoes into dip. Refrigerate until serving time. Can be made the day before and works well with light sour cream and mayonnaise. Serve with your favorite crackers (stoned wheat thins are good) or vegetables. Serves 6-8.
