Whole filet, trimmed
Soy sauce

Mixture:
1 c. Italian style bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 T. cracked pepper
2 tsp. hickory smoked salt

Directions:
Directions:
Rub filet with soy sauce; then roll filet in crumb mixture.

Put fillet on rack on a baking sheet and bake at:
450 F. for 15 minutes
350 F. for 30-45 minutes or until pink.

Remove from oven and cover with foil until ready to serve. Even after holding for up to 2 hours, the meat is wonderful and so easy to slice!
