16 oz package of broccoli slaw (in produce section)
2 3-oz. packages of chicken ramen noodle soup
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 cup unsalted peanuts
1 cup sunflower seeds or other chopped nuts

Dressing
½ cup white sugar
¼ cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
Flavor packets (2) from ramen noodle packets

Directions:

Place dry ramen noodles in a plastic bag and crush them using a rolling pin. Combine in large bowl with broccoli slaw mix and chopped green onion.

In separate bowl (I use jar with tight-fitting lid) combine sugar, oil, vinegar, and flavor packets and mix or shake until well blended. Pour over slaw-noodle mixture and refrigerate
.
Add nuts just before serving so they will not be soggy. Serves 6-8. Enjoy!
