1 pkg. pork hocks
1 large onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 small pkg. split green peas
3 or 4 medium potatoes, cut up
1 ring sausage (Ham sausage is good)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Chicken bouillon to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Soak peas in a bowl of water. Cook pork hocks in a large dutch oven with plenty of water for about 3 hours. Remove meat. Add the peas and simmer, partially covered for 1 hour. Add remaining ingredients including sausage cut into big pieces. Simmer another hour or more. May remove sausage and blend soup to make it smooth.
