Dissolve yeast according to pkg. Mix all ingredients except flour. Add enough flour to make batter just thin enough to scoop with a spoon. Cover with a wet tea towel and let stand in a warm place for 1 hour. Drop by spoonfulls into hot oil, browning both side. They will usually flip over by themselves. Some need help. Serve with icing sugar. Lekker!
