1 egg
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup milk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 cups finely chopped rhubarb
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
Coat rhubarb with a little flour. Mix remaining ingredients, except the 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon. Add coated rhubarb. Mix. Put cake mixture in 9x13 greased pan. Sprinkle with the sugar/cinnamon mixture. Bake at 350ºF for 35-40 minutes. Serve with whipping cream.
