1/2 lb. bacon
1 8 oz. package cream cheese
2 T. milk
2 tsp. onion, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. horseradish

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cook bacon until crisp, drain and crumble. Blend cream cheese with milk. Stir in onion, horseradish and crumbled bacon reserving a couple of tablespoons for garnish if desired. Spread in individual casserole or small ovenproof platter. Sprinkle with reserved bacon. Bake for 15 minutes.
