1 lb. ground beef
1 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup green pepper (optional)
2 Tbsp. ketchup
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 cups cooked rice
1 cup milk
10 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 cups corn flakes, coarsely crushed
3 Tbsp. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef, onions and green pepper in a large frying pan. Drain off fat. Add ketchup, salt and mustard. Place meat mixture in a casserole dish. Spread rice on top. Stir milk into mushroom soup. Add cheese and Worcestershire sauce. Pour this over the rice. Combine corn flakes with the butter. Sprinkle over casserole. Bake for 40 minutes at 350ºF.
