Ingredients:
Ingredients:
5 lbs. summer coating chocolate wafers (Candyman, Lawson, MO)
5 lbs. raw peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Oven: 325º
Roast peanuts in a roaster for one hour or until skins turn brown and begin to split. Stir every 15 minutes. Lay coating wafers over top. As chocolate melts, dip out peanuts with a cookie scoop onto wax paper. (Or you can melt the chocolate and stir in peanuts.)

Mom's note: "This is approximate - I usually melt as much chocolate as I want and add peanuts to make as nutty as I like - Years ago I used dipping chocolate but it got too expensive and "Candyman" chocolate wafers became a good substitute." -LES
