Directions:
Place tenderloins in a 9X12 glass baking dish. In a large bowl mix all remaining ingredients. Pour over tenderloins, cover with foil, and marinate in the refrigerator at least 1 day. Preheat oven to 350º. Remove tenderloins from marinating dish and place on a broiler pan. Baste with marinade. Bake at 350º for 45-50 minutes, basting frequently. Remove from oven and let cool thoroughly before slicing thinly. Place on a serving dish with dipping sauces. To make dipping sauce (hot mustard), add a little water to the dry mustard and let sit. The longer it sits, the hotter it gets!! Serve hot mustard, ketchup, and a little dish of roasted sesame seeds for dipping with the thinly sliced barbecued pork.

Personal Notes:
If you are not able to find Chinese Barbecue sauce at the store, you can use Hoisin sauce. The barbecue sauce is a little sweeter, so you may want to add a little more sugar to the Hoisin sauce.
